This year we will be coordinating our judges through the HeliadaCon WarHorn Site.

• We will email the feature module(s) to our judges as soon as we receive them. If you receive a copy of any such module, it is presumed you are eating this module to prepare for the con, and may not play it after the con, whether or not you actually ran it.
• We will try to arrange a Slot 0 if time allows for our judges, but we can't promise anything. Online Slot 0 play is an option, if we get the mod in time.
• If we actually manage to get a number of features, we ask you pick ONE mod to eat/run at the con. We'd rather you have 1 module well-prepared than 2 or 3 poorly prepared!
• Please bring your own copy of the module(s) and any applicable sourcebooks/handouts.

• Open library slots will be added to the WarHorn site as requested by players. If you want to judge open-library, please check in with the campaign HQ upon your arrival to the convention. We cannot guarantee tables.
• Please provide your own copy of the module (and handouts if applicable) if you have a confirmed table. We can email you any modules you need to prep, just contact livingarcanisdm@onaraonline.org or philipscott77@yahoo.com for modules. HeliadaCon will provide all certs on-site, you should not print out certs.
• We cannot promise to arrange slot 0 play for open-library modules. These have theoretically been out for a while, so if you haven't played it, and don't want to eat the mod, don't sign up to judge it!

• You will be refunded $1 of your entry fee for each slot you GM. We'll pay out at the end of the event. Your badge will be stamped each time you GM, so we'll know how much to refund you. We wish we could afford to do more, we love our judges!

• Go to the HeliadaCon WarHorn Site.
• Review the gaming schedule and decide what you'd like to play and run.
• Register, and select which entry fee you wish (one-day badge only, or full-weekend badge).
• Fill in your slot schedule.
• We will contact you to confirm your schedule as soon as possible.
